Presenting - 92Gd007 - Ridge Rider

A look towards more oldschool sounds in this release, with a really stripped back vibe.

Title track “Ridge Rider“ takes a lot of inspiration from rock fusionend electronic music. Drums tuned to a a hypnotic rhythm and with a softness in contrast to the usually more thumping approach - giving the track some more room to breathe - geared towards a sunny day vibe, represented in the glitched melody which fades in and out.

“852 Canal Road East" & "Funk 357" come in comparatively in line with the more peak hour hardgroove trend of late - both tracks using their percussive tendencies to their maximum to provide a thrilling low end drive. “357“ might hold a lil bit more synth based flavour, for you chord-minded mad ones.

Closing with “PNW Represent" - a throwback to trying to maintain the rawness in my initial productions - an out of control overdriven synth lead, with relentless percussion - come together to provide a piece that epitomises the 92Groovz attitude, we're a little angry, a little hurt, always adventurous, a little on edge - and we try to stay wild!
